The EDV-Buchungsservice ( EDP Accounting Service ) was founded in 1966 by Ruth Priemer . In 1979 her daughter - Birgit Schaack - joined the family business and, according the tradition, undertook the monthly accounting procedures and salary payments for small and middle-sized companies.
In the Eighties, the company took on business from its first foreign clients who were setting up for the first time with subsidiaries in Germany. Examples include DENON Germany or ERICSSON Germany in their initial set up phase until the time when these companies due to size, had established their own accounting departments and personnel departments.
Each foreign company has a different reporting system according to which figures of the German companies have to be reported monthly. EDV-Buchungsservice is well acquainted with these differences due to its large international client base.
Since 1989 the company has been using the business management programmes of 'Hamburger Software GmbH' making it possible to draw up a wide range of evaluations which can be adjusted individually.
